Thank you for the question.

Well, I've got many 'nails', that is, difficulties in my life now which I have to endure and rise above. Not to make them go away, but to find a way to handle them well.

I also like it in the photo that other people are watching him. I am in the centre of attention of many in my work, so I can relate to that as well. I think people in the photo are looking at him with curiousity and awe. I really want to be somebody worthy of respect - not primarily for the praise, but rather for what I do for others.
